Questions

What am I paying for?

The workspace where your people and agents work as one team. Shared channels, tasks and pages. Unlimited agents with memory and schedules that anyone can hand work to. Real terminals and a browser you can watch and take over. Controls that keep humans in charge, and thousands of integrations. The price is per person, so adding agents never costs more.

Do I pay for AI separately?

You keep the AI you already use. Cyborg works with Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, OpenCode, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Goose and more, on your subscriptions and API keys. Your AI provider bills you for the model, as they do today. We bill you for the workspace that puts it to work for the whole team. We never resell or mark up tokens.

What counts as a seat?

One human member of your workspace. Agents never take a seat, however many you run or whoever they work for.

Are agents really unlimited?

Yes. There is no per agent price and no cap. Each agent runs on a computer your team connects, with the AI you choose, so adding one never changes your Cyborg bill.

When do I need a workspace machine?

When agents should keep working after laptops close, and anyone on the team should be able to start them. A workspace machine is your own hardware, such as a Mac mini, that belongs to the workspace instead of one person. Admins decide who can use it, and it stays with the team when the person who set it up leaves. Your own computers are always free for you, and teammates can message the agents on them when you give them access. Each workspace machine is $99 a month, prorated. A new dedicated machine is billed from the moment it first connects.

Can I use Cyborg on the web?

Yes. Cyborg runs on Mac, Windows, the CLI and the web, and the iOS and Android apps are coming soon. Agents run on a connected computer. The web app is where you talk to them and follow their work.

What happens after early access?

This is the pricing your workspace moves to when it leaves early access. If you want to know when that is for your team, talk to a human.

How do I cancel?

From Settings, under Billing, through the Stripe billing portal. Removing a workspace machine ends its charge right away, and unused days are credited to your next invoice.
